American and Taiwanese Symbols Presentations Friday, Oct. 23rd, 2015

Dear parents,
Thank you so much for your help with our presentations this week! Most of the students did very well, it is a skill we will be working on as I had mentioned, through out the year. Next week we will be having one on Animals.

The main facts I would like students to focus on are as follows:

Animal classification
  • What it eats
  • Is it cold or warm blooded?
  • Does it have live babies or lay eggs?
  • Where in the world do we find it?

Suggestions:
I suggest students write down words to help them remember this information, but not whole paragraphs to read from. I also suggest using simple words all kids can understand and keep in mind the purpose is for them to learn new facts and get used to the idea of presenting new information in front of others.

The Animals are as follows:

Jackie Lizards
Julia Goldfish
Jinny Giraffes
Jason cheetahs
Amber turtles
Jonathan penguins
Ahmrae angelfish
Luca parrots
Olivia tigers
Kevin cats
Zoey dogs
Nison lions
Fiona rabbits
Bella alligators

This presentation is due Friday October 30th 2015

If you have any questions please let me know, here are pictures of the kids with their 1st presentation projects!
